Eggland's Best Pasta  & Eggs

  1            each  Eggland's Best egg

1/4           teaspoon  basil -- dried

  1            tablespoon  Parmesan cheese -- grated

  1            cup  linguini

1/4           cup  pasta sauce

                                   

Mix egg with basil and cheese.

 Add cooked noodles and stir until well coated.

 Place in omelet pan or grill and cook for about 2 minutes until egg is set and noodles are lightly browned.

 Heat pasta sauce and serve over omelet.

Garnish with fresh basil leaves and extra grated Parmesan.
